This website maisonlili.com is operated Maison Lili AB, c/o Bonver, 181 85 Lidingö, VAT no 59110-0283. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the website and the webshop maisonlili.com . Maison Lili AB reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time. Changes apply from the time you have accepted the terms when you make a purchase. The current version of the General Terms and Conditions are those accessible on the website.
Nothing contained on maisonlili.com should be construed as granting. The webshop and its content is provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This includes colours, descriptions of the products mistakes in writing, prices or pictures or if the product is in stock. The pictures shall be seen as illustrations and not the exact look of the physical product. Maison Lili has the right, at any time, to correct or change the information on the website. Maison Lili AB also reserves the right, at any time, withdraw a product from sale and our only liability to you for withdrawing any goods will be to refund any money paid to us for such order that cannot be fulfilled because of the withdrawal of a product, by crediting your credit card. If you have placed an order which we are not able to deliver and therefore cannot accept, we will make sure to contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

All content on maisonlili.com is owned by Maison Lili AB or granted by its license givers. As to the webshop’s operation or content, any license or right to use any material appearing on the maisonlili.com, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law, is prohibited without prior written approval of Maison Lili AB. This includes trademarks, trade names, names of products, pictures, graphic designs and information about the products.
- AGREEMENT AND ORDERS
Maison Lili AB uses the information to fulfill the agreement. By accepting these term and conditions you also accept that Maison Lili AB collects and handle your personal information.
The order is placed after you have received our confirmation of your order over email, please examine that it is correct and save it for future contact with Maison Lili´s customer support. You can always cancel an order before receiving the confirmation. In that case Maison Lili AB will reimburse all payments made in regards to the order.
We must collect your personal information to fulfill the agreement. Personal information is considered any information that directly or indirectly can be connected to an individual. The information submitted at registration is registered, stored and handled by Maison Lili AB to fulfill your order. The information can also be submitted to Maison Lili AB´s partners for collecting payments and fulfilling your order. You have a right to request once a year an extract of the information that is registered about you. If any information is incorrect, incomplete or deceptive we will of course correct it if you inform us. You can also request for having the information about you deleted. Maison Lili AB uses the information to fulfill the agreement. By accepting these term and conditions you also accept that Maison Lili AB collects and handle your personal information.
Your personal information will also be used for marketing purpose, to provide you with relevant marketing material and offers as well as newsletters and information that can be relevant to you. Maison Lili AB reserves the right use the personal information to provide you with relevant marketing offers from partner companies.
- PRICES, FEES AND PAYMENT
All prices listed on the website include Swedish value added tax of 25 %. Charges for toll and taxes might be charged by the authorities in the receiving country depending on the legislation in that country. Such charges shall be paid by the customer. Maison Lili cannot inform the customer about these charges and the customer is responsible for the administration for payment and the payment of such charges.
You can make the payment according to information on maisonlili.com. In case of paying by invoice, where applicable, Maison Lili AB or its partner can do a credit check. In such case you will get that information. The invoice shall be paid in accordance with information on the invoice. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Our partner, “Stripe”, will check that the card is valid and that the amount is available. The order is complete when you receive an order number. In this connection you will also get an email confirmation.
- DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Our ambition is to ship your order with products that are in stock within 1-4 days or the number of days that is written on the order confirmation. Remember that delivery time might be longer during periods of sales and public holidays. If nothing else is agreed upon, you have the right to cancel the order if not delivered within 30 days.
If the parcel is to be signed out this shall be done within the number of days stated in the notification. The parcel shall normally be signed out with a valid id and order number. The notification can be done either via email, post or, if you have given your mobile number, via sms. If you do not collect your parcel Maison Lili AB has the right to charge you SEK 180:-.
All prices are listed exclusive of freight charges. The freight charge is added to the price and shall be paid by the customer. The freight charge is announced when placing an order.
- WITHDRAWS AND RETURNS
If you order from the Website you have a right to withdraw from this contract, regardless your reason, within 14 days from receiving the product. If you exercise your right of withdrawal you must return the product to us, please find the return address below. You have to return the product without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days after you have received the delivery. Please enclose your order confirmation and kindly return the product in its original packaging and print your name, address and other relevant information such as order number, invoice number etc.
When withdrawing your purchase you are responsible for the product and its condition until received by Maison Lili AB and you will have to pay for the cost for returning the product to our warehouse. Please note that all products returned have to be in its original condition for a full refund, including labels and box etc. No returns or exchanges are accepted for products purchased on sale.

When you have returned the product Maison Lili AB will refund the amount paid. Maison Lili AB has the right to withdraw an amount if the product is damaged due to careless handling. Reimbursement to you will be done to you via the payment method you have used.
The right to complaint is covered by products that are defective according to consumer protective law. If you want to make a complaint you shall immediately get in touch with Maison Lili AB’s customer support. You find the information on maisonlili.com. Complaints that are done within 30 days are accepted. Maison Lili AB will always pay the freight charges for accepted complaints.
If the complaint is accepted, Maison Lili AB will reimburse you according to consumer protective law.
Maison Lili AB reserves the right to deny a complaint if it is not to be considered as defective according to consumer protective law.
The personalized products with an embroidery (name, initials …) are not exchangeable nor refundable.
- FORCE MAJEURE
Maison Lili AB fails to comply with its obligations according to these General Terms and Conditions because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to Force Majeure, Maison Lili AB will not be responsible for the consequences. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.
These circumstances shall release Maison Lili AB from its obligations as well as deny claim for compensation. If such circumstances last for more than 60 days each party has the right to cancel the agreement.
If any court or authority should find that any of these provisions invalid that provision as well as all others shall apply to the extent that is possible according to law. The provision that has been declared as invalid will be replaced by relevant legal advice.
We do our best to make all our customers satisfied. We always try to satisfy you if something is wrong with your purchase when you get in touch with Maison Lili AB customer support. If we cannot settle we recommend you to file a complaint with The National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden at www.arn.se.) for an independent examination. We always pursue with The National Board for Consumer Complaints recommendation.
Dispute around the interpretation and enforcement of these conditions shall be interpreted according to Swedish law and finally settled at the general court.
